Return of Damaged Works
If your item arrives damaged, take a digital photo of the item and fill out the return request form. Please attach the image and include the order number, the item number, the reason for the return. Please let us know if you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email or call from us on the steps to proceed.
Please include the following details.
- A photo of the damage to your Original Artwork or Print
- A photo of the shipping box shows some damage.
- Complete the Return Request Form
Return Outside the United States
If you are not delighted with your Oil on Canvas Original Painting or Canvas Prints, you may return it within seven days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Shipping and Handling
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, the shipping date estimates may appear on your invoice when you place an order.
Shipping rates for Original Painting and Prints are weight-based.
All shipped items are securely packaged and marked. Upon receipt of your payment, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery; at times, the Artwork or print can arrive much sooner.
We use the following carriers:

- DHL
There may be a shipping and handling fee for Overseas International buyers; however, we will contact you before shipping.
