Layaway Plan

How Prime Tropical Art Layaway option works:

  • Select any item on Prime Tropical Art website that is available, and you would like to purchase on Layaway.
  • You have the option to pay for your item within maximum 12 months.

1)    You can select a payment plan of:

        • 3 months
        • 6 months
        • 9 months
        • 12 months
          • Maximum payment period not to exceed 12 months. 

 

  • To enroll for the Payment Layaway, a deposit of only 15% of the purchase price is required plus state taxes where applicable.
  • You have the flexibility to pay for the balance (total amount) as and when you want, however, the balance must be paid in full within 12 months from the date of the initial payment.
  • Once your full payment is received, your order will be mailed within three business days, and you will be updated with the applicable tracking number.
  • The Artwork will not be removed from inventory until initial payment is received.

 

How to enroll in Prime Tropical Art Layaway Plan              

1)    Call our customer service Team at 888-504-9209 or Complete The Layaway Request Form and our helpful customer service team can enroll you in the Layaway Plan, after reviewing your request with you. 

2)    When would my purchase be shipped?

  • Your purchase will be mailed  to you within three business days once your complete payment is processed and complete. Once mailed, we would update you with the tracking number.

3)    How do I pay for my layaway option?

  • You can pay for the Painting on Payment Layaway through Credit Card, Debit Cards,  Checks, Money Order or PayPal. You have the option to pay for your Original Oil Paintings or Limited-Edition Prints when you are comfortable making payments. We do not have a fixed monthly minimum amount that we would charge. You are free to make payments towards your item as and when you want.
  • The only restriction is that the full payment must be made within 12 months.

4)    How can I check my account balance?

  • Once you are enrolled in the layaway option plan, we would create online account for you. You can view your payments, balances, etc. by logging into your on-line account.

5)    Can I pay for the item earlier than scheduled, to receive my item early?

  • Yes, of course you can pay for Original Paintings or Limited-Edition Prints as and when you are comfortable making the payment.  Once your complete payment is received, your order would be mailed to you within 3 business days  and we would update you with the tracking number.
  • If you choose our layaway option, you pay an initial deposit and then make several monthly installments/payments.  We simply remove the item from inventory with and label the painting as Pending Payment, until the item has been paid in full.  The product will be shipped immediately once payment is complete.

 

5)   Would you charge any interest on the purchase?

  • No, we do not charge any interest on your purchase. Your purchase is interest free. You would be paying the same purchase price for the Painting that you have paid while making a single complete payment.

 6)   What happens to my item, once I enroll the layaway payment option?

  • Once you enroll in the layaway payment option, your item is put aside (Pending Payment). We will not sell that item to anyone else. Once your complete payment is received, we will mail the item to you.

7) What happens if  I want to cancel my layaway payment option?

  • You will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and We will credit the balance paid toward a future purchase.

 

  • A nonrefundable deposit of 15 % is required to start the process and an agreed-upon, a  term of equal payment over a 3, 6, 9 or 12 months’ period is required. 
  • To make payment easy, you choose the number of months; duration of the payment plan is predetermined by the Buyer (You), but payment cannot exceed 12 calendar months and cannot be extended once an agreement has been made.

NOTE:

  • Minimums – Individual items must be $200 or greater. Total purchases must be $200 or greater
  • Terms – Final payment must be made on or before the deadline set by the buyer on the initial agreement.   (The Buyer is the person making the purchase)
  • Cancellation - credit will be available for products sold by Prime Tropical Art – minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
  • Returns – Prime Tropical Art Return Policy applies to all layaway transactions.
